+1-3 Tablespoons Coconut Milk as Needed
1 Flax Egg - 1 Tablespoon Flax Meal + 3 Tablespoons Water
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1-2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix Flax Egg and set aside. Heat coconut oil until liquid and set aside. Blend banana and other wet ingredients together. Mix all wet into dry ingredients.  Add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut milk to desired pancake mix thickness.  The trick to getting a frying pan to be "non stick" is to make sure it is hot  prior to starting. Heat pan on high and once hot reduce to medium heat. Use some oil to just coat the bottom of the pan. Use an oil that is meant for high heat. Some oils can become toxic if heated to certain temperatures. Learn more cooking oil tips at the Health Science Academy. (2)
