My recipes are made with love and filled with natural goodness. Recipes are gluten free, dairy free and egg free! I utilize the most nutritious gluten free ancient grains, whole foods, never anything artificial, no yeast and mostly sprouted and or properly soaked beans, nuts, grains and flours. One challenge I have had with blogging is actually writing down my recipes. Growing up and learning to cook from my mom, nothing was ever measured; a little of this, a dash of that, a sprinkle of love, take a little taste and that was that. It’s a good way to cook until someone asks you for your recipe or your husband likes the previously made batch and you forgot what you did.
My personal journey has driven me passionately to learn about impacts on body healing including whole foods, traditional cooking and digestive health. As a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction, understanding how foods can affect your bladder and bowel is an important piece to consider.
